Client uploads branding, event details, and collateral to the web portal. Staff seat credentials and executive Dashboard logins are provisioned.
Dispatch
Locked kiosks and mounting hardware are packed into custom-molded, heavy-duty flight cases and shipped via express tracking directly to the venue's receiving warehouse.
Remote Verification
Central MDM pings every device to verify 5G/4G connectivity, real-time sync between the Kiosk and Rep App, and correct on-screen branding.
Telemetry Monitoring
Every kiosk, lead, and rep action streams live to the Dashboard for the full duration of the event.
Return Logistics
Client repacks the hardware into its flight case, attaches the pre-printed return label, and hands it to the venue or hotel desk.

A refundable card hold is placed before dispatch and released in full the moment the hardware is scanned back into our warehouse.

Before You Book
Do I need my IT team's approval to run RDYNT at an event?
No. RDYNT never requires direct API access to your CRM. Every event ends with a downloadable CSV and PDF report your sales team imports manually — no security review, no integration project.
Does every tier get the Dashboard and reports, or just the higher ones?
Every tier, including DIY Software, gets full access to the Dashboard, live reporting, and AI-structured lead data. The only differences between tiers are the hardware provided and whether ambient foot-traffic analytics is included.
What happens if a Smart TV is damaged or goes missing?
A $1,000 refundable card hold covers the hardware and is released once it's scanned back into our warehouse. You can also add the $300 damage waiver at checkout to remove your liability entirely.
Can we run RDYNT in Arabic?
Yes. The moment a visitor's phone is set to Arabic, their WhatsApp message, email, and Digital Swag Bag all render in fully localized, right-to-left Arabic — including Najdi and Hejazi dialect support for voice notes.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend at least 14 days before your event to complete branding and portal setup, though the hardware itself ships just 4 days out.
Can we upgrade tiers for our next event?
Yes — tiers are selected per event, and most clients who see their Digital Podium or Power Booth ROI upgrade to the Annual Pass for their next expo.
