Agreement

By using RDYNT Capture's hardware, apps, or website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Service

RDYNT provides Kiosk hardware, the Rep App, and the Dashboard on a subscription or event-package basis as described on our Pricing page. Access to hardware is provided for the duration of the applicable package and remains RDYNT property.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful collection and use of any lead data captured through the platform, and for care of any hardware issued to them, including the damage waiver terms outlined in their package.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform to collect data unlawfully, resell access, or reverse-engineer our hardware or software.

Liability

RDYNT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
