Overview

RDYNT Capture ("RDYNT", "we") provides event lead-capture hardware and software to exhibitors. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Visitor lead data captured at the Kiosk (name, company, email, phone) via badge scan, OCR, or manual entry; staff account and activity data from the Rep App; and standard usage/analytics data from this website.

Ambient Camera Analytics

Where enabled, the Kiosk uses on-device computer vision to estimate booth traffic and dwell time. Frames are processed in memory in real time and are never recorded or stored — only aggregate, anonymized counts are retained.

How We Use Data

Lead data is made available to the exhibitor who captured it, for their own follow-up and CRM export. We do not sell customer or lead data to third parties.

Data Retention

Event data is retained in the Dashboard for the duration of the customer's contract, after which it can be exported or is deleted on request.
